Concretia Rock Products (P) Ltd. was born in 2001 in Madurai, Tamil Nadu as Royale Blue Metals (P) Limited. The company, Blue Metal In Madurai, is currently engaged in the manufacture of crushed aggregates with its own quarry that it mines with state-of-the-art technology. From humble beginnings as a simple commodity player, Concretia has grown leaps and bounds and today boasts of leading others in productive use of its capacity and one of the region’s leading players!. More than its capacity to manufacture, Concretia prides in its capability to brand what was otherwise a mundane commodity called aggregates aka blue metal. From the beginning, Concretia did not wish to be plain run of the mill and sell blue metal like a commodity, which was and still is the norm in this industry.

The Beginning
Concretia’s journey began with Royale Blue Metals (P) Ltd, starting with a production capacity of 10–15 units and a vision to deliver reliable construction materials.
Our First Quarry
We acquired our first quarry, strengthening our control over raw material quality and enabling consistent production of quality 20mm Blue Metals.
Exploring M Sand
We began exploring M-Sand manufacturing, taking our first step towards expanding beyond Blue Metals.
Becoming Concretia
A new chapter began with the transformation into Concretia Rock Products (P) Ltd, embracing a distinct brand identity built around a larger vision, strong core values, and customer focus.
The Branding Journey
Blue Metals took on a new identity as BLU MET, marking the beginning of a stronger product branding approach. Also implemented 100% billing to bring greater transparency to our business.
Growing the Brand Family
The M-Sand plant was established in Madurai, marking a new phase of growth with TRU SAND, FLY X, and RED X established as distinct product brands.
Scaling Up Production
We upgraded to a fully modernised manufacturing plant with a production capacity of approximately 400 units per day, significantly strengthening our manufacturing capabilities.
Expanding into Brick Manufacturing
Concretia established its own fully automated Fly Ash Brick plant, producing Madurai’s only IS Standard Fly Ash Bricks.
